Now-defunct early-'90s zine and label created by [a2433335] (aka [a1940504]), stocked in the FatCat record shop in Covent Garden. When the shop was forced to close down in autumn 1997, owners [a449571] and [a141590] were offered space and support by [a1373] / [l311] to start up the [l264] label, where Howell worked part-time.
