Milk Inc. is a Belgian electronic music group whose combination of driving trance production and emotive vocal performances made them one of the most successful acts to emerge from the Benelux region in the late 1990s. The project — centered on producer Regi Penxten and vocalist Linda Mesen — developed a sound that placed the melody and emotional directness of eurodance within the structural framework of progressive and uplifting trance, resulting in records that crossed between club floors and mainstream radio without fully belonging to either.
