By accessing or using Tracklister at listing.connectica.no ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Tracklister is a music identification and tracklist generation service. Users can upload audio files (such as DJ mixes) and receive identified track listings with metadata from music databases.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious code or files
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party APIs for music identification (such as ACRCloud) and music metadata (such as MusicBrainz). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that track identification will be accurate or complete. Music identification depends on third-party databases and may not recognize all tracks.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Service or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
