It started in June 1993, and at that time it was just "キューン・ソニー○月号新譜案内書"(○ is where you put the month number.). In April 1994 the design was completely changed to "Ki/oon Sony New Releases Magazine/キューン・ソニー○月号新譜案内書" + the jingle came first + the newspaper inside was renamed to "Fukumimi".
