Founded in 1983 by Terry Shand (3), Cliff Dane and Jon Beecher. The company was acquired by the American music distributor Alliance Entertainment in 1994, by 1999 the label ceased to be used, being replaced by Castle Music as it was absorbed into Sanctuary Records Group Ltd.
