Bill Nace is an American experimental guitarist crafting dense, textural soundscapes that blur the boundaries between noise, free improvisation, and avant-garde rock. Based in New Jersey, Nace has built a distinctive practice around heavily processed electric guitar, creating immersive sonic environments that challenge conventional song structures.
Nace's collaborative approach has defined much of his output, including prolific work with saxophonist Joe McPhee and guitarist Steve Gunn.
