Master Minds emerged from Belgium in 1990 as a collaborative project between Jean-Charles Tramasure (Jessie Deep!) and Patrick Fasseau, established at Studio Sound Factory. The duo crafted their early sound through Mackenzie Records, with Tramasure helming production duties on their foundational releases that helped shape the Belgian electronic music scene of the early '90s.
